Yes, our products are specifically formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We use high-quality organic ingredients and avoid common irritants like synthetic fragrances, alcohol, and harsh detergents to ensure even the most reactive skin stays calm.
What is your shipping policy within the UK?
We offer standard and express shipping options across the UK. Orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery, typically arriving within 3-5 working days. Express orders placed before 1pm are processed the same day.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. Pai is a certified cruelty-free brand under the Leaping Bunny program. All of our products are 100% vegan and registered with The Vegan Society.
What is your return policy if a product doesn't suit my skin?
We offer a 90-day 'Satisfaction Guarantee.' If a product isn't working for your skin, you can return it within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, even if it has been opened.
